The Ministery of Regional Development and the European Union endorsed a grant to a company COLLADO s.r.o., which will be used for purchasing a technical and technological equipment to erase production capacities of the enterprise. Main activity of the company is production of collagen and gelatine from secondary raw materials. Expansion of the enterprise and rising a capacity will enable to develop a social company, whose employees will be in the first place from groups of occupationally disadvantaged people, due to age over 50, lowered capability of health or long-term unemployed.
In 2019, Colladu was approved for the Product and process innovation of collagen biomaterials for healthcare project in the APPIK Innovation program at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
