MUDr. Tom\u00e1\u0161em Grusem je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n navazuj\u00edc\u00ed projekt.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #008080;\">Projekt TA\u010cR v programu EPSILON \u2013 ukon\u010den\u00ed projektu Nov\u00e1\u00a0bioaktivn\u00ed hemostatika na b\u00e1zi kolagenu a celul\u00f3zy<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">V prosinci 2022 byl dokon\u010den \u010dty\u0159let\u00fd v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd projekt\u00a0TH04020540 \u00a0<span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u201eNov\u00e1 bioaktivn\u00ed hemostatika a kryt\u00ed ran na b\u00e1zi kolagenu a celul\u00f3zy\u201c<\/span> podporovan\u00e9ho Technologickou agenturou \u010cR v r\u00e1mci programu\u00a0EPSILON\u00a04.\u00a0V\u00fdstupy projektu jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky:\u00a0 \u00a0hemostatick\u00e1 kryt\u00ed pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v chirurgii, kryt\u00ed ran pro hojen\u00ed chronick\u00fdch ran (p\u011bnov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly z ko\u0148sk\u00e9ho kolagenu a vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 karboxymethylcelul\u00f3zy) a aktivn\u00ed kryt\u00ed s biologicky aktivn\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami (r\u016fstov\u00fd faktor\u00a0FGF2-STAB\u00ae\u00a0 a antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed peptidy). Projekt byl \u0159e\u0161en ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0presti\u017en\u00edmi \u010desk\u00fdmi v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdmi pracovi\u0161ti:\u00a0Vysok\u00fdm u\u010den\u00edm technick\u00fdm v\u00a0Brn\u011b (CEITEC), V\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm \u00fastavem veterin\u00e1rn\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed v.v.i., Farmaceutickou fakultou Masarykovy univerzity Brno a spole\u010dnostmi Holzbecher spol. s.r.o a Enantis s.r.o.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">V\u00fdzkum a komercionalizace stabiln\u00edch protein\u016f (r\u016fstov\u00fdch faktor\u016f) a jejich formulac\u00ed je programem spole\u010dnosti Enantis s.r.o. Zak\u00e1zkov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba a komercionalizace kryt\u00ed ran na b\u00e1zi kolagenu a celul\u00f3zy je programem spole\u010dnosti Collado s.r.o.\u00a0Vysok\u00e9m u\u010den\u00ed technick\u00e9 v\u00a0Brn\u011b (CEITEC) je orientov\u00e1no na v\u00fdzkum pokro\u010dil\u00fdch biomateri\u00e1l\u016f pro o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed ran a regenera\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00ednu.
